Return Policy

All returns must be approved from us. For items that have been damaged in transit, we must be informed at the time that the goods are received in 3 days. Pictures of the damaged cigars must be included. Damaged items will be returned to us, at our cost, and we will reship or refund your order at our discretion. Should you need to return any box, please contact us by email at for an RMA number and return instructions. Not covered under our Refund, Return and Exchange policy:
  • If the delivery address provided in the order is found to be incomplete or incorrect, there will be no refund or reship offered.
  • Subjective views on taste or colorization or bloom within the cigar is not a valid reason for a refund.  We do not accept aftersale request based on flavor profile and taste. As cigars are a product made from naturally grown leaf, there is always the possibility of variance in taste.
  • If a package fails to clear customs for any reason, such as your refusal to pay the appropriate excise duties and taxes, going over your personal use quota, or any other reason to which REZCig is not responsible, there will be no reship offered, only a refund, less the 20% restocking fee or HK$300 fee, for orders under $250. If it is a common occurrence, your account with us will be terminated.
  • We do not accept returns of partial boxes. Once a cigar from the box has been smoked, it is no longer eligible for a refund.We offers returns as long as the product is eligible for return and remains intact and is in resalable condition (including packing of the inner and outer boxes; the logo; number of cigars etc). Exchanges and refunds do not apply to products with missing or later damaged pieces.
  • No return claims are accepted 15 days after delivery. For non-delivery events, no return claims are accepted 90 days after initial dispatch.
Should the return be approved, please send the parcel back to in proper packaging within 2 days of confirmation from customer service. Re-delivery or refund will be made once receives the goods. All related fees shall be handled by the customer. Please be noted that a processing fee will be charged: the postal fee for each refunded parcel (of HKD300/1P parcel,  HKD600/2 parcels, and so forth) would be deducted from the original refund price (First mailing fee deducted from total refund amount). For re-shipment packages, will only be responsible for the second delivery charges. Anything else should be paid by the customer in full amount. For your own rights and interests, please read carefully the terms and conditions before purchasing on Products without defects cannot be returned or exchanged

Order Cancellation

For any confirmed orders that haven’t been dispatched:

      • we will charge a standard 20% handling fee + 3% Transaction Fee off the total purchase price. Meaning the final refunded value will be 20%+3% dedicated off the original purchase amount.
      • Cancellation Request is only acceptable within 24 hours after order placed.

Refunds will be processed in 4 weeks to the account used to make the purchase.

For any orders that have been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations.
